Description

Our team is looking for an energetic and upbeat showing agent to meet customers at listings and provide property tours. Property listings are situated around the state of Michigan so some travel during the day is required.

Compensation is hourly plus bonuses for various incentives

Responsibilities

Meet clients at company listings for property showings
Answer client questions if the information is available on marketing material, relay more complex questions to office personnel as appropriate
Provide feedback to office personnel after the showing

Main Office - 2525 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford, MI 48328

Hours will vary depending on showing schedule. Showing are scheduled 7 days per week. Showing agents can expect to work approximately 20 - 40 hours per week to get started.

Qualifications Required

Real estate license and background in sales is a plus but not required

Must be punctual, organized, and professional
