Inspect The Property

You are buying the property 'As-Is', which means property inspections and walk-throughs have to be completed before you bid. Open inspection days are posted on the listing, and most sellers are able to accommodate additional days if needed. Reach out to us directly if you aren't able to make the inspection dates posted.

Auction Day!

The auction will begin on the date and time shown on the listing, typically at 9am. The auctions are held completely online, and the bid amounts are public. You will need to be logged in to your account to submit a bid. All bids that you place and their current status are available for review in your dashboard by clicking 'My Account' in the top right corner.

Bidding Window

Bidding will typically remain open for 3 to 5 days, depending on the listing. Inspections must be completed before the bidding starts, as offers are made on the property 'AS-IS'. Each listing has detailed information about the bid start date, end date, available inspection times, and more.

Place Your Bid

Navigate to the Listing of the property that you want and click 'Place A Bid'. Fill out the required information, hit submit, and you have placed your first bid! You can check on your bid status in your bidder portal by clicking 'My Account' in the top right corner. You can also save listings to come back and bid on later, or just watch the action.

Winning The Auction

If you are the winner of the auction, you will have 24 hours to e-sign the purchase agreement and submit your deposit into escrow. If you do not complete both of these items within 24 hours, the property or items may be offered to the next highest bidder.

Closing The Deal

The final closing will occur within 14 days of the auction ending. This will give you time to transfer funds to the title company and we can make sure all of the paperwork is in order. Paperwork is all signed electronically and can be completed from anywhere in the world. Who knew becoming a property owner could be so easy!
