We are a busy commercial real estate sales team looking for the perfect addition to help us grow even more! One of our team members is moving up in the company and we are looking to fill her position with a friendly, energetic, super-organized individual who is great on the phone and ready to sell some commercial real estate.

This position is full-time, in our Waterford office, Monday through Friday. There will be a base compensation offered with additional bonuses for each property showing scheduled, each offer made, and each deal closed. This is not a traditional real estate agent structure. Our entire company operates as a team, with responsibilities and goals in place for each party.

• Respond to incoming leads promptly
• Match customers in database to available properties and move them along the sales funnel
• Follow up regularly per appropriate schedule
• Input / update company CRM
• Schedule and coordinate showings with showing agent, buyers, and sellers
• Check in before and after showings with customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Very comfortable on a computer utilizing multiple software platforms, multiple monitors, and digital phone systems
• Previous success in a sales position
• Ability to control a conversation and guide a customer to a close
• Real estate license preferred but not required
• Some background knowledge in commercial real estate / zoning / deal structures preferred but not required
